I had the unbelievable honor of art directing this image for the freakin' splash screen of Adobe Substance 3D Painter. This work was done in VERY close collaboration with Geoffrey Rosin who did the modeling and texture/materials of the Painter Machine as well as Eric Lautard who did the look development, layout and final lighting and render of this beautiful scene. I'm extremely proud of the work our team did for this release. I definitely need to thank our Art and Dev fearless leader Kelli Townley for leading our team through the work and Sebastien Deguy for steering the ship towards an exciting horizon for all of us.
